Veggie meals

Broccoli Salad (before being mixed).  One bunch of broccoli, 1-2 grated carrots, diced apple or pear, 1 grated zucchini (if you have it), some coconut and a box of organic raisins.  If I want a "dressing" I use some Veganaise (Mayo is made from eggs that come from abused chickens so it's not an option.....veganaise is a GREAT substitute and they have an organic variety :)

All mixed up....YUM! This is one of my favorites and has become something the kids like to come and steal bites from!! Fabulous!

Another batch of Broccoli Salad....no raisins and obviously heavier on the carrots.  I change it up depending on what I have in the house.

Fun veggies sliced for munching during dinner and a salad full of all kinds of randomness.....so yummy!

Tomatoes, cilantro and avocado on gluten free shell noodles....super easy and SOOO yummy! If I want a dressing I will use a TINY bit of olive oil with some BRAGGS Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother) and of course a dash of my BRAGGS Organic Sea Kelp season mix.
